The North Korea fired missile over Japan
This morning was so busy, because The North Korea launched missile over Japan.
The government system sends an alert called “J alert” to mobile phones about an incoming missile, and residents are urged to evacuate to “sturdy buildings” or basements.
About 10 minutes after the first alert, the system then warned that the missile had just flown above land. The government later announced that the missile fell into the Pacific Ocean about 1,180 km east of Cape Erimo in Hokkaido.
What can we do in 4 minutes?
It takes about 10 minutes for the missile to land after launched. And “J alert” would be sent just around 4 minutes before the missile lands.
Actually, I was woken up by the annoying alert from mobile phone once this morning. But I mixed up it with usual clock alarm, and I went back to sleep. In the meantime, time had passed.
It is not enough for us to evacuate to safe place. But I think it is meaningful just to get away from window…
Even so, I am really worried that North Korea would run amok and trigger the terrible war with US, Korea, and Japan.
I have to check and prepare for enough emergency supplies…
